Milla is the Business Development Director at KONE.
She has end to end global responsibility of new volume elevator product launches- the first product launch she has lead is KONE DX Class elevators launch.
In her role, she is responsible for e.g. go-to-market strategy; overseeing the portfolio of internal development projects related to the launch (R&D, IT, process development); commercialization, pricing, marketing and communications; training sales staff in sales units; and overall ensuring an engaging deployment and launch in KONE sales units.
