Ralf Schnell is currently managing director of Siemens Fonds Invest GmbH and oversees the alternative asset activities. He founded the Private Asset management program for the German Pension Trusts of Siemens in 2007 and has been heading the team since then. From 1997 to early 2018 he was Venture Capitalist, founder and CEO of Infineon Ventures, CEO of Siemens Venture Capital and Partner at next47. Prior to that, he worked as researcher and developer in microelectronics and software for Siemens and Infineon Technologies. Ralf studied Physics in Munich and received his PhD in Physics.
