Natalia Rincon

Founder and CEO, CHAOS Architects

Natalia Rincon, an influencer, is the Founder and CEO of CHAOS. The company started under her leadership in 2015 and since then CHAOS has become the leader in developing data platforms for citizen engagement and smart city intelligence. She is an architect and computer science engineer, and currently working on her doctoral dissertation. She is a Business Tampere ambassador and an advisor for foreign talent at the Ministry of Employment and Economy of Finland. Natalia serves as a deputy councillor in Tampere and member in three urban planning committees. She is a frequent speaker at conferences on topics such as the future of smart cities, citizen engagement, artificial intelligence and female entrepreneurship and equality.

Peter Vesterbacka

Co-founder, Brand Breaker, Lightneer Inc

Mr. Peter Vesterbacka served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Mighty Eagle of Rovio Entertainment Oy. Mr. Vesterbacka manages the Rovio Entertainment’s business strategy, including expanding Angry Birds into broader entertainment franchise. He serves as Senior Advisor of Transfluent Oy. Previously, he has founded Some Bazaar, he has held several communications industry related positions at Hewlett Packard and founded the Hewlett Packard Mobile E Services Bazaar and he is the co-founder and original initiator of MobileMonday. He serves as a Director of Star Wreck Studios, Start Up Sauna, BlueGiga Technologies Oy, Oy Filmkompaniet Alpha Ab and American Chamber of Commerce in Finland. He served as a Director of F-Secure Oyj since 2014 until April 7, 2015. Mr. Vesterbacka has studied marketing at Åbo Akademi.

Tony Verb

Co-Founder, GreaterBay Ventures

Tony is a serial entrepreneur, innovator, venture capitalist and film producer, based in Hong Kong.

He recently launched GreaterBay Ventures & Advisors, an integrated investment and consulting firm, specialised on modern urban development and smart cities. As one of the company's many projects, he is also just launching GreaterBayX, a scalarator program designed for urban tech companies. This is a joint initiative with Tsinghua University's TGN global platform to help European and overseas companies grow in China through the Greater Bay Area.

Tony launched several initiatives locally and globally, and he gained experience in corporate innovation, accelerator programmes and building ecosystems as partner of Nest.vc and co-founder of Mettā.

He is a proud member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers community and he is also a representative of the Smart City Consortium of Hong Kong.

Carl Frauenstein

Director of Program, Content and Coaching, Monacotech

I am a serial entrepreneur with a specific interest in the longer term effects and benefits of entrepreneurial activity. This is also one of my key considerations when investing. I focus specifically on early stage.

Currently I am driving the startup program at MonacoTech, a Monaco government initiative. Here I am responsible for guiding the members growth journey which includes liaising with mentors, service providers and investors.

I also mentor companies in Estonia and Latvia as well as Cyprus and the Netherlands.

Karri Liikkanen

Co-founder, Nowhere Boy

Karri is an entrepreneur, author, host, actor, and author. He has written three novels and a game script (https://store.steampowered.com/app/809680/Panzer_Hearts__War_Visual_Novel/), founded a video and music production company (http://www.nowhereboy.fi/), hosted tens of events and acted in tens of productions (https://youtu.be/P5YAmHR7MXM). Karri has also been part of the startup ecosystem for years as he was the Chairman at Helsinki Think Company and Community Manager in Millennial Board.
