Jani is an adjunct professor in experimental cardiology with focus on the prediction of sudden cardiac death and prevention of cardiovascular disease. He’s personally committed to revising the healthcare sector into a more sustainable industry (better deployment of resources through digitalization and evidence based practice to improve healthcare value and long-term outcomes). He’s collaborating with acknowledged institutes such as Brigham and Women’s Hospital Boston and ie. through entrepreneurial ventures and machine learning developing preventive tools for clinicians. In LocalTapiola he acts as the VP of health services and together with colleagues and partners are developing preventive health services and new innovations such as a virtual hospital.
