Verneri Välimaa is a Finnish-American entrepreneur and consultant for US and Nordic ventures. He has helped companies with cross-border business development, startup & corporate partnerships, raised angel and VC funding and so far invested in one startup with plans to do more angel investing. He is the Program Manager of Nordic Deep Tech Business Summit and community at ArcticStartup. Prior to this line of work, Verneri was a professional soccer player for 6 years in 3 different countries. He has represented the United States and Finland youth national teams under 15-21.
