Trang is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of Transpose Platform, a pioneering venture capital firm established in 2015 that backs breakthrough venture structures and next-generation founders. Under her leadership, Transpose has supported the launch of more than a dozen venture studios and disruptive platforms and invested in over 150 start-ups, contributing to the creation of over $900 billion in enterprise value. Her investment portfolio includes Entrepreneur First, Y Combinator, HF0, South Park Commons, AccuRx, Groq, Wayve, Xanadu, Kosli, Sendbird, Openhome, Hubble Network, Moneyview, Drip Capital, April Tax and Talkdesk among others.

Trang Nguyen is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of AGI House Accelerator, a leading AI-native startup accelerator focused on building an ecosystem to accelerate humanity’s transition to artificial general intelligence. AGI House is backed by world-class technology leaders including Eric Schmidt (former CEO of Google), Marc Andreessen, Rich Miner (co-founder of Android and GV, Google’s venture capital arm), Adam D’Angelo (founder of Quora), and Sebastian Thrun (founder of Google’s self-driving car project and Udacity). AGI House early members include top generative AI startups such as Perplexity, Pika Labs, Martian, and Coframe.

In addition to her work as an investor, Trang was an operator and executive at Trusted Insight, a venture-backed AI technology platform incubating software and community for LPs, funded by Founders Fund and Stanford Endowment. There, she led strategy and product development to build a community of over 30,000 members and limited partners (LPs). She has also taken on an interim CEO role at a select portfolio company backed by Transpose.

Prior to founding Transpose, Trang led investments at Sutter Health, managing a $9 billion portfolio. She also held key roles at Merrill Lynch, Visa, and BNY Mellon, bringing deep expertise across investment and technology.
