Tor holds a Masters in Management from Mannheim and began his career doing M&A at MCF in London, focusing on Northern European markets. As the Investment Director at Stephen Industries, he oversees daily investment activities and has played a key role in successfully developing the family office into its current form over the last 14 months.
Stephen Industries has completed over 15 direct investments and several fund investments in the last two years, many of these in DeepTech startups and funds. Prior to his current role, Tor managed venture investing for a Helsinki-based family office specializing in real estate and PropTech. Tor excels in strategic planning and supporting companies on their growth and fundraising journeys. Outside of finance, he is passionate about climbing, snowboarding, and continuous learning.”
