He is the co-founder of Silo AI, Europe’s largest private AI lab, acquired by AMD in 2024 for $665M. Today, through Rando Labs, he builds, operates, and invests in AI and deeptech ventures.

A former CTO and Chief Strategy Officer of Nokia, he has lived through multiple technology waves and understands both how to scale and how things break. He is Chair of Aalto University and former Professor of Practice, working at the intersection of technology, talent, and society.
