Riina Salmimies is the partner and CEO of Sofi Filtration, a Finnish technology company. She holds a doctoral degree in separation technology and has close to two decades in working with mining technologies. Before joining Sofi Filtration, she held position of dean of an engineering faculty at a Finnish university.
