Reidar Wasenius is cofounder of the Human Runway initiative. As a Personal Brainer since 1989, his passion is to help people feel well and do well at work. Particularly close to his heart are startup founders, who are under immense pressure to perform. Reidar has been an active participant in the Finnish startup ecosystem from the very beginning. He is a former managing director of FiBAN, director of the Founder Institute in Finland, and is now the advisor to or board member of several startups in which he has a stake. Reidar’s past employers include Nokia (twice), Samsung, Digital Equipment Corporation, Telecom Finland and TEKES. Reidar recently returned to Aalto University to continue his studies in computer science (HCI + AI). His latest book is Personal Brainer (WSOY), co-authored with neurobiologist Tiina Huttu.
