Ole has a BA in Finance from CBS and an MBA from NIMBAS/Bradford. In addition, Ole has supplemented with executive courses from IMD. Ole has previous experience from ABN AMRO Bank (1991-1994), ABN AMRO Capital (1991-2001) and 3i (2001-2004), Clearwater International (2004-2012) and Dansk Merchant Capital (2012-2015). Joined Vækstfonden in 04/2015. Ole is on the advisory board of Maj Invest IV-V, CataCap I-II, Den Sociale Kapitalfond, Gro Capital II, NCP-IVS III, Balderton Liquidity I, Balderton Capital VI (observer), Polaris Private Equity IV (observer).
