Marvin Henry is currently Head of Sustainability at London-based fintech & circular economy company Twig, and a researcher at the Geosciences faculty of Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Most of his recent work focuses on bottom-up dynamics in the circular economy (CE) and – in particular – the role of consumers and start-ups as drivers of wider CE transformation processes. He supports the Ashoka Globalizer program as a pro-bono advisor, is a mentor for Deutschlandstiftung Integration, and one of the lead authors of the WBCSD’s Guidance for the Accounting and Exchange of Product Life Cycle Emissions. Before joining twig, Marvin worked as a project manager in the German and Dutch offices of strategy consultancy McKinsey & Co. where he focused on sustainable and digital transformation projects.
