Kirsi Vine-Haaparinne is a Partner at Gorilla Capital, backing ambitious, resilient founders building real businesses step by step. She champions the “camel” approach: focusing on real customer problems, learning before Product–Market–Fit, and avoiding premature scaling through disciplined, evidence-based growth.
An entrepreneur turned investor, Kirsi’s background spans family business leadership with two exits and being part of the founding team of Taaleri, now a listed company. She also makes a small number of selective, mostly impact-driven angel investments.
Kirsi serves on the boards of Springvest Plc and the family office of Mikko Nurminen, co-founder of Hostaway, and is a founding member of the Founder Office Club, a peer community of exited founders building and managing their own family offices.
Her mission is to help and support—especially the underprivileged and weaker—and to reduce unnecessary startup failure by helping founders and investors choose the right path, so more companies can grow into durable, meaningful businesses.
