Keith Bonnici is an accomplished Investment Director with extensive experience in the finance, ICT, and investment banking sectors. He spent seven years as an Investment Manager at the early-stage VC fund Veraventure before joining Tesi in 2016. Keith’s previous roles include six years as an entrepreneur in the ICT sector, as well as serving as a Technology Specialist at Business Finland and working at investment bank D. Carnegie.
In his current role at Tesi, Keith works as an active member of the VC team, where he is focused on identifying and investing in the most promising Finnish growth companies with the potential to become global industry leaders. He finds great satisfaction in working with innovative and passionate entrepreneurs who create jobs, drive growth, and contribute to society’s sustainable well-being. With his vast experience in helping dozens of startups grow and go international, Keith excels in developing the business and revenue models of potential growth companies.
Keith has a proven track record of success in the venture capital industry, having led investments in several high-growth companies that have achieved positive exits. Moreover, under his leadership, three of his portfolio companies have successfully gone public through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) – Optomed, nLight, MariaDB. Keith’s expertise in identifying and nurturing companies with high growth potential has been invaluable in creating value for his portfolio companies and their investors.
