Alexandra Malmberg is a Principal at Scandinavian family fund Haflo where she is responsible for the start-up and VC fund portfolio. As Haflo specializes at pre-seed/seed stage companies she has a lot of experience of the challenges first time founders and new-born companies face. Her passion is to help co-founders build a resilient and strong partnership and through setting the culture of the company, which we all know is key to success.
