1. EVENT

1.1. What is Arctic15?

Arctic15 is the most exciting and effective startup matchmaking event in the Nordics. Our goal of the event is to make sure you get quality networking, build meaningful connections and receive a real return on investment. The right size, the right people and a focus on networking.

1.2. Who can attend?

Startups, investors, large corporations, service providers, ecosystem supporters, influencers, media, & anyone with a valid ticket is welcome. Last year we had over 1500 attendees, 80+ speakers, 400+ startups, 270+ investors, 20+ Limited Partners, and 90+ corporations from 60 countries. This year we have 300+ investors, 400+ startups and scaleups, 150+ large corporations, 20+ Limited Partners and 70+ Media Representatives.

1.4. What time does the event start and finish?

Doors open on both day at 8.30
Wednesday 30th of May (Day 1): 9-17.00.
Thursday 31st of May (Day 2): 9-17.00.
Deal Room will be open for meetings all days 10-17:20 and Demo area will be open 9-17.00.

1.5. Do you have food and drinks at the event?

Yes, the tickets include food and Arctic15 is known for it. Food Street provides a healthy breakfast and a good lunch by ArcticStartup. Coffee is provided through the day. Menu can be found here – expect something delicious. Lunch will be served at the Food Street. You can grab something fast and easy. No waiting in lines!

1.6. Will the sessions be live streamed?

The event will not be live streamed but program will be captured on video.

1.9. How can I sign up for the workshops?

Workshop registration is done on our matchmaking platform Deal Room. More info here.

1.10. How do I find the event on social media?

1.11. How can I become a partner or sponsor of the event?

When you enter Cable Factory, there is a Registration Desk at the main entrance where you get your badge and wristband by your name and ID.

1.13. Where can I stay during the event?

Arctic15 has special deal from Clarion Hotel Helsinki. You can get -10% discount from best available daily rate.

The Clarion Hotel Helsinki is located in the new Jätkäsaari (Busholmen) urban investment district in the central West Harbour area. The hotel is a vibrant meeting place for both locals and hotel guests.

Rates are including Buffet Breakfast, VAT, WLAN and usage of swimming pool, gym and saunas during opening hours. Double usage supplement +20€.

2. TICKETS

2.1. How can I get a ticket?

You can buy your ticket here. There is Startup, Investor and Attendee tickets. As a startup, you can also buy a demo booth package which includes two tickets.

2.2. What is included in the ticket price?

You get access to the event on two days Wednesday – Thursday. Gourmet Food is included in the price.

2.3. Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes. You can simply go to your personal ticket link that you have received in an e-mail upon registration and re-assign it there.

2.4. Can I buy a ticket now and choose the name of the person later?

Yes. You can abandon the form creation process after you have created the ticket and then return to it using the ticket link that you received in your e-mail to fill out the details.

2.5. Is there a possibility to refund if I am not able to attend?

Unfortunately not, but you can transfer the ticket to someone else.

2.6. Can I pay less if I only attend one day of the conference?

Your ticket is valid for two days of the conference. There is no one-day tickets available.

3. LOCATION & VENUE

3.1. What is the address of the conference venue?

The event is taking place at Kaapelitehdas / Cable Factory, Tallberginkatu 1, 00180 Helsinki, Finland.

3.2. How can I get to the venue?

You can get there by metro to Ruoholahti Metro Station, bus 8X to the stop Länsisatamankatu or bus 15, 20, 21 and 17 the stop Salmisaari. You can also use city taxi service. You can get a cab by calling 0100-0700 in Helsinki, 0100-7300 in Vantaa (airport).

3.3. Where is the lost & found?

Lost and found service during the event will be available at the Registration and Info Desk at Main Entrance. After the event all lost & found will be stored at our office at Maria01, Lapinlahdenkatu 16, 00180 Helsinki. You can contact us at info@arctic15.com for inquiries about your lost items.

3.4. Can I charge my laptop and mobile?

Yes. We will have charging point at the Registration and Info Desk at Main Entrance.

4. DEAL ROOM & MATCHMAKING

4.1. What is the Deal Room and how can I book a meeting?

Matchmaking is the core of Arctic15. Enhance your networking experience at Arctic15 through our Deal Room Experience. The platform enables you to screen other attendees and have 20 minute meetings with them. You will receive an invitation to Deal Room after purchasing the ticket. Read more about Deal Room here.

4.2. Who can I meet?

You can meet startups, scaleups, speakers, investors, corporation representatives and other tech ecosystem players.

4.3. How much time do I have for one meeting?

One meeting will be approximately 20 minutes.

4.4. Can I upload my one-page pitch deck for investors?

You will be able to provide a link to your pitch deck when registering for the event. It will be displayed in the matchmaking tool.

4.5. What if I can not attend the meeting?

If you are not able to attend the meeting, you can cancel or reschedule it in the matchmaking tool.

5. EVENT PARTNERS & SPONSORS

5.1. Can I get a booth?

Yes, and we are happy to discuss different ideas how to make it a real magnet at the event. Contact us at info@arctic15.com

5.2. What kind of visibility do I get at the event?

At the minimum through roll-ups and on the screens. But we can create logo visibility almost anywhere – booths, lanyards, stages, walls, flags and in program content. We will find the right kind of presence for your brand.

5.3. What kind of visibility do I get before the event?

On the event website but also the press releases and entire range of marketing material including CoFounder magazine as well as individual articles via arcticstartup.com is available.

5.4. Can I arrange personal meetings with potential partners?

Absolutely – our Deal Room service will allow you to filter for and prearrange meetings with all participants.

5.5. How efficient is it to be at the event?

Last year we arranged 4000+ meetings in two days.

6. WORKSHOPS

6.1. Where can I sign up for workshops?

See the list of workshops here and sign up through Deal Room.

6.2 Will there be a projector and a screen?

Yes, there will be 1 projector per room + 1 screen in rooms 1 & 3.

6.3 Will there be a sound system and microphones?

No, your voice should be okay to cover it.

6.5 How big will the workshop be?

Up to 60 people at each workshop.

6.6 Will there be electricity and WIFI?

Yes, you will get a wifi pass at the venue.

7. MEDIA

7.1. How can I get a media pass?
