Finland is one the leading countries in data science research. To support the data science community and catalyze startups, Open Ocean and Arctic15 have teamed up to create the largest gathering of data scientists and startups in Finland. During one day, we’re going to hack on a unique dataset that will be released at the event. The best hacks will get to pitch at Arctic15 and acquire infinite fame and some cash.

For whom: Data scientists, developers, designers, students. Regardless of skill level.

THE EVENT

The event is all about hacking, but we’ll also have food, drinks and nice people. You might even have fun. That’s the point. And beer.

You are free to use any tools you wish.

We’ll make sure we have the required infrastructure for you to concentrate on coding.

PRIZES

The three best teams will get to present on Thursday at Arctic15.
The winning team will receive a cash prize of 3000€.
